Opened in 2019, Shires Housing co-developed the 24 high quality apartments, including multi-family buildings and duplexes in downtown Bennington, with Evernorth.  All units are Energy Star Certified 2.0, with off-street parking, new appliances, washer/dryer hook-ups, and either a patio or balcony.
