Willows Mobile Home Park

Shires has owned and managed this small 24-lot mobile home park just off of Northside Drive in Bennington since 1990. We are partnering with Efficiency Vermont to add new opportunities to the park. We will be adding 4 zero-energy modular homes (like this one) to currently vacant lots, as well as sprucing up the landscape and providing the park’s existing mobile home owners with resources to weatherize and renovate their homes.
